Update 0.2.3

This is maybe one of the biggest updates I have made it will feature a complete UI overhaul for a much better shop interface, going from a cartoon to a more dark rpg ui vibes, also there is a popup manager for the shop currently we are polishing the shop for the spears,submarines are not confirmed. We are thinking of changing the gameplay to feel faster and provide powerups but we do know that damage popups will be added.
